Fitness Measurements

Requirement 6 of the Personal Fitness has us tracking our fitness measurements. Through the 12 week process of completing the personal fitness merit badge this tracking sheet will help you measure your strengths and also those areas that need improvement. The first initial measurements must be recorded before you can start your 12 week comprehensive physical fitness program.

Every two weeks you will need to record your Aerobic, Strength, Flexibility, and Body Composition.
