Old Fashioned Peach Cobbler
Serves 9
Needed:
Dutch Oven
3 Cans Peaches
6 Tablespoons Butter
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup milk
ground cinnamon
Instructions:
Preheat your dutch oven to 350 degrees. Slice and place your butter into the dutch oven and allow to melt.
While your butter is melting, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and milk. Pour the mixture into the dutch oven over the melted butter and smooth out into an even layer.
Spoon in the peaches from three cans. Use the juice from only one of the cans. Sprinkle cinnamon generously over the top
Bake at 350 degrees for about 38-40 minutes. Serve warm, with a scoop of ice cream if desired.
